Nicole DiMauro Owner, LMT, CPT
My lifelong dedication to sports and dance instilled a deep appreciation for human mechanics and physical vitality. While I initially began my career in Visual Marketing, my true passion for holistic health led me away from the corporate sector and into clinical wellness. In 2005, I graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, establishing a foundational expertise in advanced alternative health and patient care.
To elevate my clinical practice, I later completed extensive training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). This deep foundational knowledge of biomechanics and corrective exercise informs every aspect of my bodywork. This powerful intersection allows me to specialize uniquely in functional massage therapy and neuromuscular pain management. By merging advanced clinical bodywork with an expert understanding of kinetic movement patterns, I identify and treat the root causes of chronic pain, postural imbalances, and soft-tissue restrictions. My practice bridges the gap between injury rehabilitation and athletic conditioning, designing highly specialized protocols that accelerate recovery and optimize functional mobility.. I am dedicated to empowering individuals from all walks of life—whether you are an athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking to move through your day free from pain.
I love the magic of healing, both through energy and body work. I love movement both in the freedom of dance or the structure of exercise. It is where the soul and body get to play together, allowing a union.
Welcome to Bird and Bee Wellness. This is where I get to share my passion for holistic health. I would be honored to come along your journey with YOU!
