Yoga Recovery and Mobility

A functional and pain free life includes quality movement and healthy tissue. Recovery work is essential for allowing mobility in our bodies. 

Things that cause pain and limited mobility:

  • Being sedentary or over exercise

  • Restrictions do to tissue adhesions/trigger points

  • Chronic stress

Mobility and Recovery Sessions are designed to give you tools to up your self care game!  Sessions consist of therapy ball techniques, mobility exercises, and yoga asana to lengthen tissues, increase range of motion in the joints and decrease pain.

 

 

Private Sessions- $90 (1 to 4 people)

Group Workshops- $25 per person (5 person minimum)
